I, too, got stuck in base.

Took a long time loading in as and everybody could leave base but me, the gate that goes down at 15 seconds was invisible but still there. Side note: I've been experiencing a lot of client and in-game HUD bugs a lot of others have been experiencing lately such as an extra champion emblem on my team that is a black square, the color green in my health bar not being there and my health bar blinking red when I take damage, the border for the jungle timers being completely transparent, the "Play again" button being transformed into the old one and constantly taking me to the join custom games list, the post-game scoreboard being bugged so I can't see it, etc.
