IP update issues in store + help dialogue outdated.

I've relogged, I've been logged out overnight, and my IP will not update in the store.

The help dialogue says in the technical feedback section to go to the preferences menu in the top right and submit logs. That's not a thing anymore. I wish there was an easier way to go about this because I'll likely be ignored here on the boards.
