So am I the only one who thinks something needs to be done about Jhin deja Vu'ing all over Summoners Rift?
Like, I don't think he was that big of a deal until the AD Item Changes (Addition of StormRazors & Crit Changes) & Inclusion of the Hail of Blades keystone. Once he gets his StormRazors 
, he instantly becomes Barry Allen & catching him can become quite difficult.

Reducing the scaling from 0.4% to 0.25% would be nice, but Stormrazor still has to go.
It does nothing to promote sustained DPS like ADCs are supposed to do and Assassins have abused it since release.
It's been buffed and nerfed countless times almost every single patch since it's release because Riot can't balance this mess of an item.
