Patch Notes : Fiora is strong so she is used in professional.... but not strong enough for solo q ... (hmmm ...what !!!??!!?) Fiora buffed ( Me : WTF!!! ) "scrolls down" Pool Party Fiora (Oh now i get it .....)

Instead of immediately thinking its because of the skin, even if it was, this buff is not enough to break her, and certainly not enough to be the sole reason people buy the skin. The buff is being enacted because she has been sitting in a rut after the last set of over nerfing over 5 patches ago, its more like seven patches. So that's why, it has no correlation to the skin.

So.... i looked thru the patch notes and did'nt find Fiora's name anywhere except for in patch 6.6 , that is 7 patches until now where i saw this.....

"Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: a high-damage carry champion builds primarily tank items and still manages to deal enough damage to duel everyone while being impossible to take down. It’s a problem as old as League itself, but these days Fiora’s become the posterchild for game health issues when Tanks and Carries cross the streams. It’s a standard problem, but also one that’s often misunderstood - it’s not the damage that Fiora (or any carry) does, it’s the whole ‘not making a tradeoff to get it’ that’s an issue.

Mixing up the bases and scaling goes a long way to making sure the die-hard full damage Fioras out there still get to carve up opponents with skilled play. That said, this fencer’s still got problems even before we start talking items, which is what the other half of this changelist is addressing. Right now, Fiora’s wealth of tools to activate Duelist’s Dance are so slanted in her favor that it doesn’t feel graceful or elegant (or possible) to deny her the satisfaction of striking your weak spot. We’re cleaning up some of her advantages there to make Fiora’s 1v1’s more compelling than ‘instantly proc 3 vitals - now see if you can deny me the last one."

They changed her damage values so that tank fiora doesnt work and reduced he slow ..... if that has her sitting in a rut then i think she belongs there

You could just learn too outplay her instead of whining. Fiora has the rare ability of being able to make any match-up a skill match up, however that doesn't mean all Fiora players are skilled. It's not like she is building tanky anymore and tbh as long as you don't feed her early she has no chance catching up. She's not even in a rut, her early game is just too weak and requires adjustments.

She aint my favourite champion at all lol. I can just acknowledge that balancing is more complicated then you think. She's not broken. You just don't know how to play against her.

That was because of the tank items at the time that have also since been nerfed. Also dude, this is a buff to BONUS AD. Meaning this in no way affects tank Fiora, please relax about this.

So your saying tank items got nerfed ... meaning other tanks so AD Fiora gets buffed who is basically a tank killer...... makes sense dude .

No lol, the thing is they were over tuned, and she was abusing them. After the rework but before the pre season item changes Fiora was built full ad and was widely considered balanced. Then titanic hydra came out. Fiora went from the HYdra BC BT I.E. ER build, to T hydra BC into straight tank. Then they nerfed her base stats, then her ult, then her e, then her w then her passive and e one final time. Then after all those, they titanic and BC got nerfed, putting one last nail in tank Fioras coffin, but as it then turned out, nerfing every single aspect of her but Q makes ad Fiora weak too, who would have guessed.
