Will anything be done about the limited Jungle Champion pool?

I'm not as against the scuttle changes as most, as they seem to simply change the clear path for many jungler. Take buff, camp, and maybe scuttle. If not, go buff, maybe invade. It's good in that in promotes thinking on your feet with your clears, and the timers encourage more invading. That's decent in theory. Warwick, Jax, and Xin are great at this.

But, as many, many have said, only so many junglers can do this. With the changes in scuttle now weaker junglers who like to avoid their opponent until a power spike seem worse off. Eve, Kindred, and Skarner (who to be fair, I haven't tried yet) in theory are worse off. That leaves me to think that these jungle changes aren't complete yet. I'm curious, are new items or changes to junglers coming, or is new information still being collected. A limited move pool is crippling for any role, and I hope it doesn't stay this way.
