I would like an answer to my questions FROM a red.

So let me start off by saying this is going to seem negative but it's not meant to be. If it offends anyone in any way well, Sorry not sorry type thing. I am going to be very blunt with this.

The questions I have are geared towards every major part of the game's development stages. Aside from the Art department. So why even bother asking questions? Well that's easy. I have played this game for 3-4 years now and watched the game I loved to play, slowly break and become a jumbled mess. By that I mean, the amount of bugs, the balance team just not hitting the mark on anything even when the community give's feedback, The recent Scripting/Hacking going on. It's come to a point where I almost resent playing this game now. I have tried my best at finding bugs, but doing it on PBE just doesn't seem viable as the server is either really empty or full of people not really there to test for bugs, but instead test new things. Just to see if they like it or not.

PBE will always be that place where players go to "test." It's the main reason I stopped going there because I wasn't being a productive member of the PBE community at all. I was there to look at the new things instead of finding bugs. But PBE isn't the issue, well kinda but not really. Bug's get through PBE unnoticed because of 2 factors. 1 Server capacity is low, and the stress on the server isn't much. Second being people don't play every champion so if something breaks a champions code and say breaks an animation that gets through. There is not real fix to the issue. Yes they internal test as well but again, Not everyone likes to play 121 champions.

Now to my questions to riot.

1: Is there anything being done about the PBE issue?

2: What's in store for balance? Every patch seems to just separate champion pools more and more.

3: The amount of bugs right now in game seems stupidly high. Why isn't that a top priority to fox them? This one I am going to explain why I am asking. I made a list, (mind the title I was a bit salty when I made the title.) http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/lhVjvIR7-bug-report-lol-heres-the-bugs-that-have-gone-unoticedfixed-for-to-long?comment=0003, containing bugs that I have found that have either 1 gone unnoticed since no one plays the champ, or it's not a major issue so it's just put to the side IMO. Now I don't expect all bugs to be dealt with, but the amount on the list I have come up with seems a little to much. Not including the one's on the Bug report section.

4: Why are so many champions being given Minor Visual updates (some just splash arts many both splash and character visuals) over say major balance updates like the one in 4.15? Seems like that should be front and center over aesthetics.

5: With the release of 5.1 (pre-season patch) looming, are we going to see a drastic change in the way things are handled, such as Balance, bug fixes, and general clean up?

6: (more for my own personal curiosity) You at riot made a general statement about the way the NA servers are. And also said that you were planning on making upgrades to the servers first in the West coast to see "if they were the right ones." I have no expert knowledge of how to run a server, let alone set one up. But I also understand that just having the resources you do, building, coding, and testing the server shouldn't be a 2-3 year thing. Maybe if you were moving it to a whole new area then yeah that's gonna take a large amount of time. Setting everything up, making it good, and testing it locally. So with the new server in Santa Monica (or where ever the heck they are) will east coast players see any drop in Ping?

7: Last one. I know my computer is not the best, but even on low graphics for a rig that's barely 5 years old (graphics card alone is less then 1 year and a half, since I kinda made the other break by playing league) I get a dismal 70FPS from less then 6 months ago 120. That's a drop of 50 FPS almost 10FPS per month. Before anyone says anything, I have a 660 GTX over clocked by a friend who is a wizard with computers.

I will compare the maps. OLD SR: Static no one moving nothing going on, 220 FPS. Team moving about 180 FPS. Minions Spawned 135 FPS. Actions (auto attacks/spells anything really) 70 FPS Big team fights when all spells cast at once, 45 FPS with Frame drops.

New SR: Static 260 FPS (yay improvement), but that is just standing still. Starting movements, 150 FPS - 30 FPS from old, Minions + team movement, 90 FPS - 45 FPS. Actions (same as OLD SR), 65-70 FPS (fluctuation) -/+ 0 FPS, Team fights 15 FPS - 30 FPS.

The new SR was supposed to make the games FPS better not worse on older computers.

So Could I get any questions answered?
