Just playing some randoms...I like Bronze.

So been playing randoms, lately one for all. Haven't played a while and am rusty, not really tryharding just having fun doing whatever. Anyways I got my MMR down to near 1,000 and it's fun here. 10% are tryhards that think they're good, 5% are tryhards that know they're bad. 85% play for fun, try crazy crap and just don't even care (ironically because of this they're better than the tryhards that rage at them). Reminds me of pre season 1, kinda fun! IDK why people want to move out so badly, once you get higher it's almost all ragey tryhards.

Honestly league is all over the place, I feel like I'm the 5% you talk about and it really hurts me when people do non-sensical things. I know I'm bad and want to get better at a competitive team game. It's hard to learn anything from a stomp and if one lane gives 20 kills because they wanted to try Janna ADC its a waste of time.

The enemy is doing the same shenanigans though so if you focus on objective play you can usually do really well regardless of what anyone else is doing. Also work on CS, the gold alone will make you unstoppable at bronze. Again the key is to focus objectives, specifically towers, you'd be surprised what it can do.

Just looking at history I see at 35 min 135 CS game and 44 minute 190 so for now focus on that, you'll go up :) Instead of chasing kills let them go or let them try to struggle in lane with low HP while you farm the gold off creeps, it'll put them relatively further behind the longer they try to stay in lane unable to cs, and when they back you can continue focusing on CS for gold.

Right now based on what I see in your history the biggest thing that'll take you higher right now is focus on CS and let player kills go instead of chasing after them.

Yeah CS is def something I need to improve at, I've been playing a lot of new to me champs that I have poor feeling for (Rumble, Fiora, Fizz Top) and I go way too aggressive early and miss creeps. Edit: I've also been teleporting WAYYY over aggressively into bot lane

I very rarely chase kills into enemy JG or long into ours.

I think my normal MMR is past 1600, so I get some golds and high plats usually in norms.

They all seem the same to me. Then again, I'm not the only one who thinks Bronze up to high diamond is basically the same with some differences. Wings Of Death also thinks that.

The game is so evolved and stuck in a meta it really is fairly similar, the difference mostly being basic knowledge, decision making, cs, positioning and basic mechanical abilities. Honestly though mechanical abilities shouldn't hinder you too much until later levels (except the people that struggle with keyboard/mouse entirely).

Even at bronze though not every player has all these deficiencies, just usually a couple that are more pronounced than usual. In a lot of cases a few specific changes can really bring a player up, paying attention to what ragey allies say can sometimes help as many players don't share the same deficiencies as eachother and they may see yours very clearly.

One commonality in bronze though is CS, it's very hard to find a bronze player with bad CS, regardless of play in other areas the amount of gold usually inherently carries them out. There are some there but they are rare and make abysmal decisions and generally have horrible attitudes towards their team and have an unwillingness to listen to others that see their deficiencies. "It's a mentality of I have 180 cs this guy has 90 why should I listen to him?" without realizing the reality that that guy with half his CS is playing at the same rating as him.

Diamond basically means you just won more games. It does not mean you are better. If you win, you knock someone out of being a tier up, and only so many people can be Diamond. Essentially there are many better bronze players than there are diamond players but seeing that there is a lot of spots for Bronze being the lowest tier, there is a lot of bad players.

The thing about Diamond is they ward a little more, they listen just a tad bit more (still not good for teamwork really, you can watch any stream and see Diamonds making stupid mistakes and refusing to communicate, but still better than Bronze). Also higher tiers are a little bit more farming focused so less deaths.
