Does anyone know if and/or how Ravenous Hunter Works with Shen Q?

Just wanted to try a Resolve-Domination Rune page on Shen for fun; Ravenous Hunter looks pretty potent combined with the % health damage on Shen Q, but I would really like to know if it actually works or not.
