Twitch is gone

I'm really disappointed that Twitch is never played anymore. He is one of the most exciting ADCs in the game because of his stealth, his ability to ult in a team fight and melt the enemy. (assuming he's fed)

Sadly, his poison just doesn't do enough damage to even be considered poke after level 3 and up, and his stealth is REALLY bad now, if you get hit its a 6 second wait until your stealthed, and by 6 seconds your're usually dead. His E is okay, but it could do a little more damage.

The problem to balancing him is that he has the stealth mechanic imo. With it he forces the other teams to invest gold into pinks/red upgrades. He is also able to position ideally and he has a huge boost of power when he comes out of stealth. The problem is his "potential" power is able to be so high(if he lands his ult on all 5 + E) that he isn't given much love. Also he was nerfed a ton last season for the right reasons imo. His Q(named "Ambush") was being used as an ESCAPE tool, which makes him as strong as any ADC with a dash in the lane, just that he scales significantly better. His DoT was nerfed because he was basically being used as Draven 1.0 with a better late game. I don't really know what you can do to buff the rat, but to see him at high level, you really need to dominate the game and if you do, you can basically pick any other ADC you want and do the same.

He either needs the taking-damage stealthing time on his Q reduced or another survivability mechanic. He's too vulnerable throughout the game without his stealth being at least somewhat reliable for escaping; you'd have to build tanky to survive being beaten on for 6 seconds while you go into stealth.

Fix his ulty please. A lock on the can be sidestepped by anyone. How worthless.

They did their best - he has one of the fastest AA projectiles. If the Attacks were as locked on as you like then it would be completely random as to whether or not you hit secondary targets - it would be determined by opponent stupidity, not your skill. It would be an overall nerf to a good Twitch.

The only...only problem I will never understand is WHY THE HELL IS Kalista 's E that superior comparing to Twitch 's E. Spells are similar, you have to stack up X in order to do Y but:

Kalista's E CD resets if she kills someone with it.
If she doesn't kill anyone with E CD is still much lower than Twitch's E.
Even if it works MUCH better than Twitch's E, Kalista's E deals MUCH more damage.

On top of that Kalista is more mobile, more safe in lane and whole map in general, deals more damage, and has better utility.

I disagree with people who say Kalista's is strictly better. In an ideal world you may get a ton of stacks in someone for a rend, but to do that you need a lot of attack speed and a pretty long fight. High attack speed means lower AD, and her rend only scales 90% with AD.

At max stacks which is manageable, Twitch's contaminate deals 150% AD scaling and higher base damage than Kalista's 6 stack rend. He also doesn't need to build Runaans to deal AOE damage due to his ultimate, allowing him to build a higher damage build.

His lane phase is very bad and now that everyone is building cinderhulk he can't really assassinate in the midgame to get ahead anymore. His lategame is still incredibly strong though.
