So earlier I had a game where I had 2 clouds and a cloud dragon soul, and 
's spin was about the same speed as walking. So if trynd can be considered for a qol buff that would be great if the speed of his spin scaled with move speed. What yall think?

Walking faster than his E leaves it solely as a damage/cross-terrain/waveclear/CC-buffering ability. Its honestly helpful that you don't have to use it to generally gapclose in those cases.
you could also have it scale exponentially with ms so that its not noticable until you hit high ms points
