I keep getting it and I've even tried a full repair so I think it definitely has to be on Riot's end.

i couldnt see the ranked button so i relogged, then my play button greyed out

I'm also getting it. Why did they have to randomly "upgrade" the client tho? They made it into what a lot of big game platforms are doing (origin, blizzard, etc), which would be fine if there was more than one game to choose from. I don't get it xD "Lets make a new client for funsies and its gonna completely destroy everything."

Don't anyone forget that when riots stores go down they fix it within minutes but people have been having login issuses because they want to push a new client and instead of actually having it working they give half assed shit because they dont care about the player base they just want more money

I'm getting the 1B error (grayed out Play button), and when I try to log in to submit a support ticket like it tells me too, it immediately logs me out and I get redirected. So I'm not really sure where to go :/

Is it a problem with the new client? If so, you can still open the old client. For that, what you'll have to do is: go to the Riot Games folder > then you delete the Riot Games folder inside it. Once you open the regular client (hope you still have it somewhere on your desktop), you'll open the old client again.

If the problem persists, and it's not related to the new client, I'm sorry.

One thing to remember is that every time the client updates itself, you'll have to keep deleting the folder and doing the same process over again. It has worked for me with a couple of problems I've been getting with the new client, and also helping some friends that I told to do the same thing.
