Please rework Vayne- Make her late game SKILL dependent, not ITEM dependent

With a crit/lifesteal build, vaynes are impossible to counter. There's no counterplay mechanic! 3 Hits and you're dead. Even if you're a tank with full tank build, a few hits and you're dead! Got a thornmail? It does absolutely nothing. Granted this is late game, and vayne is squishy early game- But there's no balance or ability to make counter plays against a champion that can melt a tank in 3 hits, lifesteal from 10% to full in 3 hits, and goes invisible. Please do something to balance late game vayne so that she is skill dependent, not item dependent. There's no skill in 3 shotting everyone, tanks included.

Literally any burst mage or assasin in the game can counter veyne late and everything that isnt shit early counters vayne without items

If the enemy team picks Vayne as last pick, or if your mage has already picked- there's just no way to counter her! You say annie, teemo- but what if your others have already picked. And you're assuming it's 1v1, which it rarely is. The enemy team throws a tank in front of vayne and she's able to melt the team 1 by 1. It's just something that really needs a rework.
