Go play her, she's hella strong now, even MORE mobility added to her already mobile self, her win rate just went up. People just need to stop playing her as an assassin and play her how she was played back in the day. Also before you say, "If I wanted to play a kitey poke mage, I can just play Lux" Does Lux has the mobility Ahri has? Does Lux have the sustain Ahri has in lane?

Why is that justified?

its about her no longer being the assassin and having the identity that everyone knew and liked about her
In reality, shes not strong at all. She has some more poke ability now but she has no mid game at all and has become very much late game in my eyes. Why? She is designed to max Q first now right for the poke damage and easier lane farming, but the only skills that were boosted damage wise were W and E and only then very slightly... Her E receiving more scaling benefits now is helpful but when you still level it last its not helpful at all.
I find myself still thinking why should I even both with my E at all? I hit a skillshot and get 1s charm, at which point they are walking towards me already hence they are able to retaliate almost instantly which wouldn't be an issue if other skills didn't take as long to actually fire off. Most of the time before fox-fire ends they are already returning the damage.
The reason a lot of people are annoyed is because it was pegged as an Ahri buff but in reality it was an incredibly heavy nerf to everything but late game. Yes I agree mobility is good if you want to stop the 100-0 assassination but she needs something more mid game.
Right now how would you guys go against a katarina or a zed for example? Before 5.2 I never really had issues, now the second you get close enough to trade, Kat E,W,R and instant death before you can even Q to get away. Zed... is just broken simple as.
