This guy is the most OP champ hands down. Not sure wtf happened where he's so good that he can 1 v 5 an entire team WHILE taking down inhib turrets, but that shit is too much. Guaranteed win when Xin is on the team.

Xin has always been good in Urf. Flat cooldown reduction stacks really well with high % cooldown reduction. Makes Xin a real nightmare. Same reason Hec and Skarner used to be OP in that mode (maybe still are OP?).
is very strong in URF but there's more OP champions. He can easily be shut down by hard CC and burst from 
which are all rather strong in URF.

in URF pretty much wins all the time. I beat Xin's with both of these champs this weekend and I'm not very good with Irelia. Eve is friggin stupid in URF if you know what you're doing.
The only actual broken champion in URF is full crit 
. His E is bugged in URF and stacks its damage per activation. In 5 seconds, you're doing thrice the normal spin damage per spin. With full crit, you are doing six times the normal damage. Basically a beyblade of death, you only need to pass people to instantly kill them.
