Remake bug
Was in a game just now for 3:32. Top laner on my team got first blood, but the enemy team was able to remake. WTF? I have a screenshot if Riot would like to see....

I'm one of the developers who worked on /remake. We updated the rules for /remake based on some player feedback. A first blood will not prevent a remake from happening unless it happens against the remaking team, before the player leaves. The primary purpose of this rule is to prevent a player from quitting after the other team scores a kill, and hoping for a remake.

Once the /remake vote starts, it will resolve regardless of kills. No bug here.
Same thing just happened to me in a ranked game during promos. I got first blood at ~1:30, then they /remake at 3:23 and it goes through. The match history link doesn't work, and I didn't get a win for promos because of this bug. The other team was laughing because they knew the bug existed and literally laughed in our faces after the game. I am beyond ticked off...
EDIT: I got first blood at 1:50 exactly. How can this huge a bug slip through and allow users such a huge, unfair advantage? I do not know.
First blood will only prevent remake if it happens before the player leaves. If the player leaves before first blood happens, then it will not prevent a remake.
What does it matter? You shouldn't be so toxic that you feel bummed when you can't rob someone of 20lp. I say if it is a bug, it is a good one and needs to be a thing.
@riot stopthief, here is a bug for you. I got demoted from a remake game and my entire team lost lp. even though we werent connected to the person who afked in any way shape or form. here is proof: http://puu.sh/pJbBB/e6609d4507.jpg
Explane me please - why if Remake votes 2 yes and 3 no - it still counts for Remake? Its bug! I had this 3 or 4 times in game already! Its ruins all mood for playing next games. Why if player recconected its still makes Remake active?!
