None of advice I have recieved has worked.

As you guys know I main with Noc. I tried out the advice given on this board with Randuim Oden and that hasn't helped. Frozen Heart which I have used before is fine. Stalker's Blade Devourer has not been better than what I was using before. Sure I have gained Atk Speed but now I am a weaker attacker. I vaule attack power more and now I am just weaker overall. As a matter of fact the armor overall cannot stand up to Vayne. I just think my build was better before.

Sorry bro, but nocturne isn't good at all right now. He is horrible at sticking on carries with the current meta of super cc front line tanks. Play different junglers like sej, grag, etc until the meta has changed

I can't do that. That's my main, you can't ask a player to give up his main. Grag is just not my style. And Sej who have played with before is not my type either. Ap damage? No thank you.

You have to know the right time to play a champ. Pick noct when your team can utilize his features. If they can't, use someone else: that's a good strategy for all roles.

dude. That's asking way too much. That's buying new runes and learning a new champ. Come on man! And then what if I don't like that JG champ?

I honestly like Noc versus Vayne. Can spellshield her condemn then use your superior movement speeds to stick to her. Combine that with a item 3364 and she's in a pretty tight spot.
