They do, actually. An wise-man once said "Thou shall not queueth for ranked in the summer, weekends, and holiday." This ancient saying has been running in my League-playing ancestors for generations.
No but seriously, the kids actually play in the summer, Christmas, and week-ends. Wednesday 4 AM League in October is some of the top quality League I've ever played in solo queue.
