No Credit for Merch Store Quest

I'm trying to unlock this quest because it's a pretty awesome hoodie, but my wins aren't showing any progress. Whether my win was with a PROJECT Icon or Skin, I'm not getting credit. :(

It says "matchmade games" but Ascension & ARAM don't seem to count =/
