nonono percent maximum health true damage that heal and then applies a 3 hit passive that will stun the enemies. also when you use it instantly kills Baron Nashor even if your not even close. But make sure its not an aoe blind or give allies mana/steals mana

How about every hit with ult applies a stack of "rek'd", and every third stack of "rek'd" is consumed to deal %max hp true damage and a stack of "rek;d" in an aoe around the "rek'd" target, applying a slow and possible chain "rek'd" ing if nearbye champions already have 2 stacks of "rek'd"?

No need the stun and of course Katarina needs to be healed since when you rek'd some people you need to eat DoritosTM and drink MoutaindewTm.

People are still adjusting from the tank meta. There are tanks that are running into high DPS champion's arms like it's 5 months ago.

That would be devastating for the majority of players, and doesn't fit Katarina at all anyways. Katarina does great in the current meta anyways. She's a burst champion, and she's able to take out DPS champions easily.

Maybe if you nerfed the cooldown and the damage and took off the grievous wounds and the duration and her boobs but i would be pretty damn salty if i saw 2k true dammage in 3sec on my death recap the 1.4k that yi puts out and the 1k that fiora puts out with the 800 resetting the Darius has and the 1k that vayne has already is more than i can take with true damage

What are you smoking and where can I get some because the idea that you came up with makes me feel like you walking on clouds. Just cause your bad with katarina or that shes not considered strong in high professional play against other mids doesn't mean she needs a buff especially a buff like that be completely broken.
