Riot. Allow players to disable pings.
If you would like to ban fewer players, Make it happen.

Only thing you can currently do is turn down ping sounds, but that affects everyones pings not just one person spamming MIA pings for 15 minutes non stop
I am going to spam these threads. I am tired of ping spam. Maybe they will get to see what it feels like and get tired of it :D
