No and I wouldn't be surprised if they phased out the rest of Grievous wounds (along with changing Dr. Mundo, Warwick, Volibear, and ESPECIALLY Swain.)

Do you know how worthless this item is if you are using it just for the wounds. They have to be under 40% and later in the match when swain is at 3-4 items.... good damn luck getting him below 75-50% yet alone 40 when he is healing off of your whole team in a team fight and is tanky via items and sustain.

You dont, but that item isn't used for the wounds. Champs that build it would build it whether or not the enemy had a swain or vlad.
