This is a Yasuo guide by the Yasuo main Trinimmortal. Later in the video he explains how to deal with Yasuo.

TL;DR: play high damage champions against him in lane like Riven, Diana or Talon. Don't engage while his flow shield is up, when running away, run into the jungle, not through lane. He does a lot of damage late, and is a lot like Kog'Maw and Jax in that he is a hyper carry, except he is better early, and worse then them late. That sounds obvious, but he is still a hyper carry if he gets fed, so if you are a squishy or ADC, expect him to 1v1 you in minions if he isnt a complete idiot. Build a mortal reminder if he gets a bloodthirster, get a QSS for his ult. When fighting him, dont stand in minions. All in all, i really hope people learn more about Yasuo to help counter him, and maybe complain a little bit less about him.
