Graves Auto Bug

I had a bug where I was top lane as Woad King Darius against a Classic Singed, and their jungler was Classic Graves. So what happened was I killed their Singed, and their graves comes up to try and kill me, i finish backing, and when i get in base, a moment or two after, graves auto animation happens around the right upper middle corner of my screen, and this happened what seemed randomly through out the rest of the game, maybe 15-20 times in total. all champions and skins are as follows. Woad King Darius, Spirit Fire Brand, and the rest were classic skins i believe, and are as follows. Ashe, Taric, Syndra, Vayne, Graves, Singed and Lulu.
