Player Bots on SR

Recently Blind Pick on SR has been plagued by bots. The games are no fun. Even when it would be possible to win a 4v5, the other team simply feeds off of the bot and becomes nigh unbeatable. But what's worse, some people refuse to surrender because they mistakenly believe that the game is still winnable. Something needs to be done. I don't know what, but something. Bots are easy to spot, they run ghost/heal and never buy trinkets. There's no reason not to buy trinkets. So maybe tie the ability to vote to buying a trinket. That way if 3 out of 4 want to surrender, the bot's lack of vote doesn't count and we can all move on. I don't know. Just, something needs to be done. I can't even play blind pick's anymore, which is where I like to try out new champs and builds. AI games go too fast and are too easy for that.
