Jarvan's Impassable Terrain

Where can I find an accurate and current list of all the champs that can pass Jarvan's "impassable" terrain? I really like Jarvan, just played my first game as him. He's really interesting and seems like a good pick, except that his ult seems pretty much useless in most cases. I played him against a team with nidalee, caitlyn, and rek'sai. Nidalee and Caitlyn easily passed through his impassable terrain, and while I didn't get a chance to ult Rek, I now assume he could've left too, if he wanted. The only time my ult actually did any good was when I jumped on Taric. It just seems really silly and useless to have an ult that is impassable terrain if almost everyone can just leave whenever they want. Some make sense, like LeBlanc. But others, like Caitlyn shooting a net to push her back? Come on, that should just shove her into a wall.
