Jarvan's Impassable Terrain

Where can I find an accurate and current list of all the champs that can pass Jarvan's "impassable" terrain? I really like Jarvan, just played my first game as him. He's really interesting and seems like a good pick, except that his ult seems pretty much useless in most cases. I played him against a team with nidalee, caitlyn, and rek'sai. Nidalee and Caitlyn easily passed through his impassable terrain, and while I didn't get a chance to ult Rek, I now assume he could've left too, if he wanted. The only time my ult actually did any good was when I jumped on Taric. It just seems really silly and useless to have an ult that is impassable terrain if almost everyone can just leave whenever they want. Some make sense, like LeBlanc. But others, like Caitlyn shooting a net to push her back? Come on, that should just shove her into a wall.

Impassable terrain is also all over the map.

And you can still dash through it.

Exactly, almost 50% of champs can easily escape his R and flash pretty much negates it completely. He needs to either be able to leave his R without using an ability or the ability itself needs to be reworked so that dashes can't teleport you through solid ground. Champs that jump and put themselves airborne or who phase should be the only ones that can escape through abilities.

Vayne can tumble out of it and stun you into it = no logic why.

Does the champion have a gap closer/opener?

Then they can go over Jarvans ult.

Impassable terrain just means you cant walk through it. And despite what ive heard people say, I have never once successfully walked through a Jarvan ult, nor seen anyone do it.
