Lots, but my fav being the new Nunu :3. They nailed it with the VO and story. Welcome back! Hope you have fun!
You missed all the disasterous decisions that Riot made in turning this game into counterstrike go. There's no defense there's just terrible terrible damage...and nautilus.
to summ it all up: after season 5 something happened to the balance team. they lost all their senses turning the game into a 1shot shitfest. to add to this they started to only release overloaded champs usually with true damage or max hp% damage or some shit, while constantly fucking the game even harder.
also they keep showing us they dont know their own game anymore for example by giving us tower plates to "slow down snowballing" but as a matter of fact towers might survive 1-2 min more, but the insane amount of gold you get from plates makes snowballing even worse.
to "counter" that they nerfed jungle so junglers are always underleveld now. leading to only shit like rengar and other 1shot fuckers being viable.
aside from new champs, esports, lunar festival, new season of grinding and griping, Blitz, ARURF, and overall a downgrade of the game, nothing much.

Dragons now give different buffs Runes + masteries are combined and are now free, AND you can change them in champ select :) Lux got 50 skins Ryze had more reworks More and more champions are "bending the rules" (Sylas ult-copy, Neeko disguises, Ornn with portable shop, etc) Rito is popping off with reworks of old champions/skins New tutorial system In-game voice chat (can only do with premade members) Ranked is now somewhat separated by the player's role (See dev corner posts)
