TFW your main was nerfed, decide to have a marathon, then you realize why you stopped playing them..

I decided to give Kennen another shot, even though I've played him for 1000 games already, since he was my pocket pick back in season 6 and he was all I played from the start in April to when people started realizing his power when last year's worlds hit.

This was the result:

I was literally flabbergasted by how many wins in a row I got and having no idea how I got 5 S's in a row, but then the last game happened. They consisted of 3 tanks and that's what made me realize how weak he was compared to someone like Orianna. I know that every ranked game will consist of several tanks that I don't get a choice whether or not I want to see them. Because Kennen's counterplay is and and and or even just plain , I don't feel like I should start maining him again because I feel like he is weak when taking him into ranked, considering everybody saves their damn flash for when I ult everybody.

Almost every single game that I won either consisted of trolls on the other team, people on the other team refusing to end, or other mastery level 7 mains like me on my team. I was literally autofilled as support and decided to go Kennen and this was the result:

I mean, when you're on a winning streak, literally anyone you play, you can win as many games as you're able to. But like I said, the other team was the reason why I won so many games. I mean yes I've actually carried games when everyone on my team was behind, but I just feel like I have no impact on whether my team wins or not just because I'm playing Kennen, regardless of how damn good I play.

Now you're probably thinking, "oh it's normals man don't worry about it," but going back to what I said before, I'm thinking about doing ranked for the rest of the season or even at the start of the season. I'm practicing all the stuff that helps you climb, not just focusing on kills, which is what helped me won those 5 games versus the last one where my entire team just gave up and I didn't focus on farm really much at all, because I knew we already lost.

I don't know, maybe I'm wrong and Kennen is capable at what he was before. I've seen a platinum Kennen that was against my Silver friend in a spectate and he destroyed the team my friend was on.

TL;DR SHOULD I CONTINUE WITH MY ORIGINAL MAIN REGARDLESS OF HOW "WEAK" PEOPLE SAY HE IS AND THAT IS IT POSSIBLE THAT BRINGING HIM INTO RANKED WOULDN'T MATTER BECAUSE I'M A LOW ELO FREAK AND THAT IT WILL GET BETTER WHEN AND IF I DO IMPROVE AND PROGRESS?
