Which Warlord Description is correct?

Basically i just want to know which description is correct. Cause i honestly thought it was just additional bonus lifesteal. not just basics (because life steal). The Wiki one states only basics, while the in-game one can be inferred to any physical damage

LoL Wiki Basic attacks on enemy champions gain increasingly more life steal based on your missing health, granting 0.06% - 20% (based on Missing health) bonus life steal. This is half as effective against minions, granting 0.03% - 10% (based on Missing health) bonus life steal. The amount of life steal gained caps-out at 80% missing health, but does not scale linearly. 10% missing health: ~1% 50% missing health: ~9% 80% missing health: 20% Does not work against monsters.

In-Game Description Gain increasingly more life steal based on your missing health against champions (Up to 20%). Against minions gain 50% benefit.

Both are correct, although the Wiki description of a more detailed and easier to understand description of the mastery.

It's lifesteal that doesn't work on monsters and is halved against minions.

As for basic attacks, those are what proc lifesteal as well as this mastery.

Well, the issue is that originally i used it on Illaoi because i was under the assumption that it worked on her tentacles (cause its physical damage)

I assume it does, however i saw the wiki wording and figured i'd ask
