Where does Udyr stand?

I would like to know where udyr stands when it comes to junglers. Not because i want to pick him up, but because i think he is kind of broken right now. In this last game the udyr went normal stuff, PTA bloodrazor and ect, he got rid of tahm kenchs health withing 2 seconds max. I had roughly 3k health, around 250 armor or so. And yeah i could pop my grey health and have 6k health and still get killed within 4 seconds because of udyrs stun and damage. Even with bloodrazor as his only item early in the game udyr shredded around 2k health like it was butter. So out of PTA, bloodrazor or udyr idk which is broken but something needs to change. or something im mostly just really annoyed that udyr carried that game because of how stupid his damage is

He is crazy strong in the damage ladder, but he still has good ol' Udyr problems. He has a mini MS sterioid from bear stance, but other than that he just kind of runs at you. and if you have a janna...... well lets just put it this way. He better have flash or he isnt getting within 3 square miles of the adc.
