Can we get some work done on underperforming champions to make them at least viable again?

I know the hype's all over Tank ekko and tank items and so on, and yes, they obviously need the nerf, it's been a while and some champions are still stuck in the gutter with nothing done about it.

has been overall awful in everything he does for a while now can't assassinate anyone anymore unless having a ridiculous lead, and is a trash pick against AD mids got overnerfed as usual and is just plain awful in everything he does. got WAY overnerfed and is now just unviable EVEN WHEN TANK ITEMS ARE SO STRONG AS THEY ARE NOW.

And that's just a few of them, the list goes on.

I know there's some glaring problems that need work, with kog still being ridiculous and etc. but nerfing more and more champions doesn't make the pool of viable ones any bigger when the competitive picks are still awful. The viable champion pool at the moment is really small in comparison to other seasons.
