Just don't do it. Trust me. You won't have any fun.

EDIT: I should be more specific by saying don't ever type /all chat in game if there are any signs of toxicity.

Depends on the people but I've had friendly chat with my opponents.

I had a game where my team and there's joked with one another. Funnest match i ever played. There Annie told me i made them laugh so much they almost pissed themselves. Don't remember if we won or lost but we didn't care because the match as a whole was enjoyable.

Yep. I often chat with the enemy team as well. I'll even compliment them if they do well! Just the other day, I was laning against a support who was straight up carrying her lane by harassing constantly. She made my job very difficult. I made sure to let her know she was playing excellently.

On the flip side, I'll often call out enemies on their "mistakes". I use quotes here because sometimes it's not a mistake so much as something I want them to think was a mistake. It's not that I want them to feel bad, really, and I try to walk a fine line between ribbing and outright toxicity. But psychology is a large part of games, and I'm only all too happy to make my enemies second guess themselves.
