Game is not decided by the better adc, game is decided by which team feeds and protects their adc better, and that is if the game isn't an outright snowball to begin with or there's not an azir or some other hyper-scaling non adc

Adcs do not decide the game, junglers and supports does now.

And the strongest roles in the game are tanks and supports.
