@Riot New runes + nidalee

Now that runes are getting completely revamped I think it's the perfect time to finally take a look at nidalee and get her fixed so she can be a top and mid lane champion again. I've already read that riot has the ability to change ability damage when it comes to monsters. It would be a good idea to buff up nidalee's base stats back to how they where around 5.0 get her attack speed and AD back up, lower her cool downs and give her back her auto attack resets then they can tune her abilities to monster camps to keep her under control in the jungle.

having gone through the hell that was nida top i for one am quite glad that she has been relegated to the jungle, to get her into a decent enough state for top or mid would require a complete rework, What does she actually bring to a team besides damage?

She heals the Soraka for absurd HP efficiency.

I'm not asking for her to be op like she was that one time. Top nidalee was viable before and after that and was not super OP she was good in the right hands and most of her match ups were skill match ups with a few champions that countered her. It wouldn't require a complete rework it would require some reverts to nerfs. As for what she brings to the team? She was an amazing duelist/skirmisher and an amazing split pusher.
