When everyone was complaining about Fizz, Riot gave him a nerf that put him in a balanced state. It's been months since Yasuo has been over-powered and 0 response from Riot. This is discouraging.

Just because Fizz is underplayed, doesn't mean he's balanced. He's still the cancer he was, before Riot "nerfed" him into AS tank.
They've been actively addressing both Yasuo and tank Yasuo, including items such as Frozen Mallet. Check out the posts by Meddler and other members of the QA team.

It's because gutting Yasuo like everyone wants will not do shit. He is fine. It is his aa bug and his build.
They also don't listen to a bunch of brats who lose to Yasuo and then rage on the boards.
Except the problem with Yasuo is the build. TF is just too good (shown by TF Ekko, Fizz, being a thing now despite the nerfs, and top bans like Irelia, Hecarim etc also get TF into tank).

Check the PBE, there are nerfs on him that only apply the armor pen from his ult to crits. Should make his bruiser build nowhere near as effective.
I know, it really frustrates me. Especially when they are so quick to gut champions like

. What makes this even sadder is that when Riot finally does do something about Yasuo it will probably only be a light tap to one of his abilities or two whereas with Tahm Kench and Azir they nerfed basically their entire kits harshly on each spell in one patch.
