while running full on tanky runes?
i really want to play a cinderhulk jungler, and want to maximize my efficiency with cinderhulk. who does full on tank runes benefit the most in jungle?
3x hp quints, 9 armor seals, 9 mr glyphs, and varied marks(ad, ap, or mpen/phys pen?)

generally speaking in a tanky jungler youre looking for A) Free stats B) gank ability C) non-reliance on items
By non reliance on items, i mean specificaly that their kit is strong on its own and does not need items to make them useful (like garen, but garen is an easy and effective jungler who transitions into a split pusher.)
