How do you get an S+ rank in a game???

I think what didn't got you your S+ is your farm. The game ended around 29 min, which means you should at least have more than 250 cs and 300 cs if you really farm perfectly. Keep in mind that the farm is one - if not THE most important factor taken in consideration for your score. You can have as many kills as you want, if you have only 50 cs at 15 min, you won't get a S.

jungle champs need 300 cs at 30 mins to get S+?

and ur right i shoulda placed at least 2-3 pinks, guess i was just too busy hard carrying and buying items.
