Here is a little thing I believe. LOL is a very, very popular game right now. Just like all games, eventually it will be less popular when something new and really different comes out. That is human nature. But LOL based on the popularity of the game does something special. They ban people for toxicity. Not so much for going afk, intentionally feeding etc and throwing games. They ban people for verbal abuse. Ok. Their game their right. But some people, especially some young people put a lot of money in this game buying skins etc. Yet they can have it all taken away without any kind of appeal of any kind at an employee (s) whim. This they say is a supposed deterrent for abusive behavior. Yet they know!! that the truly abusive people just start a new account and do the same thing over and over. They know this! They know these people never buy a skin, ZERO, Never put a dime in the game. Yet you put money and time and effort having fun with the game and you get the same treatment as people who are intentionally abusive. Your got upset and cursed in a FIGHTING GAME. Don't forget that it is a fight game, not tiddlywinks and you can lose all the money you put in at the blink of an eye. While the people who truly do the real mischief in the game, just move on to the next account.
And they say, well look, it's an automated system, so we are treating everyone the same. No you are not because of the variables that people can just start a new account and smurfs you ban come back with new accounts, over skilled for their lvl and make it an unpleasant experience. Well you can say, just go someplace else. People will....eventually....
