If you're going to disable Kalista, make for free longer
I hate how I have been waiting three weeks for her to become free - and you disable her. WTF. If you disable her, give us our time bck and make her free longer.

You're mad because you can't play a free champ? It has been a day. You have a week and what time? Did you literally sit there for 3 weeks at your computer doing nothing? Psh! Like riot owes you any favors. You are asking them to disrupt there free champion cycle just so "you" can play her an extra day.
I think it's pretty concerning that as soon as Kalista comes onto the free rotation she becomes disabled. Having new champs put into the rotation early on gives players a chance to try the new champion to see if it is a good fit. If you don't play a champ the first time they're in rotation, the chaotic nature of the rotation process means you might not get a chance to try it for a very long time.
If the bug can't be dealt with swiftly it could end up being a real issue, but you can usually count on Riot to try to make things right. You know people are going to be watching when they do stuff that seems as fishy as this does.
Try just getting a skin and then having her be disabled before you can even try it out in game. Feels bad, man.
