Theoretically, Isn't Kayle the most powerful champion in League of Legends?
Since she has the power to (kill?) summoners through bans in the tribunal

Wasn't Xerath confirmed to be the most powerful champion in Runeterra (nearly omnipotent)... Assuming he will break out of his bindings.
Is and will always be.
Even in the wiki he is referred as the only omnipotent being in the league.
Jax with a real weapon would obviously be the strongest
I feel like there are too many powers at work to know who is truly the strongest. What do we REALLY know about the Void champion's potential? What about Anivia or Lissandra (Anivia especially), they're both demi-gods of Ice. Aatrox has (seemingly) the ability to heavily manipulate the wills of entire armies. Syndra is fucking ripped, as far as psychic potential goes. Fiddlesticks always gets an honorable mention. Zilean can manipulate the freaking flux of time. Xerath can throw a lot of straight-up energy, but who's to say the type of raw energy he throws around is necessarily the most intense?

Besides, Summoners don't exist anymore. Besides, I think Riot already established Jax is the most powerful...granted his lore isn't exactly the best written one out there...
Lore wise, Fiddle is the most powerful. If you go read his, and everyone else' lore, you will find this to be true.
I'd go with Azir being the most powerful. As we all saw by through the cinematic, he ascended and then boom, an empire of sand and an army of sand soldiers appeared. Buildings in ruin reconstructed themselves, etc.
Kayle has raw power but Morgana can contend with her, as seen with their lore.
On Runeterra she is definately one of the most powerful warriors to walk (or fly) the battlefield. But even she can be contended with. Jax comes to mind immediately, mostly because he wins with a lamppost. Which most probably was from Narnia.
But in Maokai's original lore she can shield an entire crowd - so unlimited by the League outside the Fields of Justice...
Fiddlesticks if he ever comes out of that closet of his. He's used as the executioner for everything.
