Small buff idea to Leblanc

Leblanc has kind of fallen off being used after her silence was removed, so I believe that we give her silence back but nerf it a little. First of all make it so the silence is functionally the same ( must have q's mark on a target ) but instead of making it activate with any ability make it so it only can be activated by her chain and ult chain. You could lower the damage of her chain a very small bit to compensate or not but to add a bit of incentive to use an ult chain the silence could be 0.25 - 0.5 seconds longer with ult chain. I feel like this could do exactly what you are trying to do Riot, which is to get rid of the silences with no counterplay because with my idea Leblanc would have her silence which she needs to survive when she gets in close but it is on one of her harder to hit moves.
