riot please remove ezreals on hit effect on his q
he really doesnt need it he can kill easily without it and itll make blue build ezreal more managable to deal with not just a slaughter when playing support/adc/anyone :c

Yeah lets remove the only thing that doesnt make him garbage.
if you do that then make it so there is no more on hit effect ez would be less then trash teir than he already is if you cant move left then you dont deserve to win
