ive been getting a ton of honor but havent ding yet has anyone reached is or is it bugged? ;c

It's meant to be a season-long progression.
The system has only been out for a couple weeks at this point.
I don't think it's something you can rush.
Probably not. Rioters have expressed it's going to take weeks-months for people to level up, and it's not even been 2 weeks.
It's intended as a season long thing, and theres only 3 levels for most people to gain (people who have been punished have a bit more work ahead of them), so it should take most people upwards of a month to level up if things are balanced appropriately, rather than people being able to grind out the levels in a week.
