I know they won't but they should still reduce the true damage scaling for his ult. It kinda makes no sense.. Its such a screw you to tanks especially.. You shouldn't be able to do 1145 damage 15 minutes just because i have 2k health.. Just sayin.. What other ult does that instantly? I get the whole villain thing, but I play Garen a lot and honestly I feel like they made his ult way too overpowering now.. Before it actually made sense. Now its a bit unrealistic. If any thing that damage should scale off ad and health missing, but less health missing and more ad, maybe .4 or something.. Makes no sense for a tank to be ulting me for a 1145 damage after silencing me. His ult alone accounted for 57% of the damage?! Come on.. His ult before never did half as much damage that early in the game. I was about level 12 when that happened. And thoughts? I love playing Garen, but to be honest that ult is a little too much now.

Ummm that's a bad idea. If you made it scale off AD and Missing health it would just like Riven's, but with a much more guarantee to kill. Not only that if the scalings are going to be lower, then you can expect the CD to be too. More ults = more damage.

Yes his ult is strong, but so is Darius who can spam it whenever he last hits a champ with it.
