Black-Market-ARAM?

So I hear a lot of people talking about why Black Market Brawlers or the Butcher's Bridge aren't in the rotating gamemode queue, but I personally think that putting a simple map for ARAM into the rotation would be kind of silly. So, why not tweak Black Market Brawlers a bit and make it work on Butcher's Bridge? I feel like it'll fit perfectly, with a few tweaks that is; such as making it so that every team member can only have 1 Brawler each, which can be changed & upgraded. They should also tweak the items around a bit in order to fit the items from Black Market Brawlers into the ARAM map.
