A little change to Irelia splash art that would REALLY help me

Don't get me wrong, I really do love the new splash art (not as much as the one that was teased a long time ago, but it still works), but if there is one thing that really rustles my jimmies is that lack of a background and the simple blotch of green in the 'background.' So I decided to fix that pet peeve of mine by adding a background myself using photoshop...

And the change REALLY, REALLY HELPS.

Please Riot, do something, anything to slightly change that background. Literally a kid fucking around on photoshop was capable of doing it.

EDIT: Important annoucment, I take back everything I've said about the Irelia splash art. I found the truth, the darkest secret in League...how could we all be so foolish?

i think they should just use your art. it dosent even look photo shopped and fits in with the surroundings nicely

I don't think Riot's going to bother changing this considering Irelia has a new splash art that's already either done or damn close to it lined up to replace the Chinese splash.

A Rioter said this on a PBE boards post

End of Season 4 Base Splashes: This was a heavy push to update as many of our out-of-date base splashes for Worlds that year. We made a great deal of progress, but not everything got finished at the time (coughcoughIreliaWarwickAnivia).

So I think it's reasonable to assume that we'll be getting this splash fairly soon.

THE NEW IRELIA SKIN IS ON THE SAME LEVEL OF THE OLD ONE, MAKING THE CHANGE COMPLETELY A DOWNGRADE. Because why change something you're used to with something new when you already love it but its the same quality? And yes, change the background, cuz rito doesn't care.

On top of that, they changed the artwork for Headhunter Master Yi, yet not the in-game version which looks completely different, even the eye color and the red cape is not in the new artwork. Rito super lazy this meta for some reason, just look at the April Fool's fail. It's like they're purposely trying to lower their quality to help league die out sooner.

Okay the biggest thing that annoys me about the splash update is actually Irelia's forehead. It looks enormous! She looks like a character from Code Lyoko rather than a normal human being.

Please nerf Irelia's forehead, Riot.
