How DO you fight Ahri as a Zed or Yasuo?

Like it says as the title. When I pick either of those two and when my enemy laner is Ahri, I often suck really hard and lose the lane. I dunno. Maybe it's that her kit's too safe for me to deal with or that I get hit by her E 50% of the time I try to go in on her or I take in her Q a bit too much. Any tips guys? Would appreciate for any positive feedback to this.

Yasuo EASILY beats ahri in lane. There's no excuse for losing that lane. As for zed, it's a skill matchup, but because item 3155 exists, it's in zed's favor.

Just practice more on your champs.

If you can't handle Ahri as Yasuo I don't know what to say.

Ahri vs Zed is more of a skill match up if I recall, but I've never played in said match up so I still don't know what to say.

As a Yasuo, you should be shoving that wave in HARD and windwall under tower. Any chance you can do to screw her over from snowballing is better. You have the advantage of being manaless while she has high costs. Avoid being auto'd and keep your shield up as it'll save you from any all ins she might have planned. When she backs, take every wave you possibly can and make sure she misses as much CS as possible. Unless you can survive a charm to the face, avoid ulting under tower and better when she's up in lane a bit.

For Zed, it's been a while but I would say that, before she's able to get Zhonya's or the seeker's part, you should be trying to land as many shurikens as possible. Same with Yasuo keep shoving waves until you get 6. Forcing her to back is great and even better if you can keep her to stay at ~ half health. Get your ult, all in on her, pop, run.

As a 650k zed main, I think i can weigh in on this pretty well. Zed vs Ahri

Basically you want to poke the fuck out of her with W+E+Q, until she is about half hp.

once you get her down to atleast half, Ult her AS SOON AS YOU ULT FLASH (BEHIND) HER this will dodge her charm 90% of the time...if you dont have flash then just W behind her as soon as you can. If possible you can throw your shadow to the side of her before you ult her then just jump to her side as soon as you land ult then do your damage rotation. D = Ignite/F=Flash W>R>W>D>E>Q or R>F>D>W>E>Q>

Also item 3155 > item 3111 > item 3156

How about not picking Zed or Yasuo? Oh... they can both beat her, easy... but they're both overused, overloaded and I'm sick of seeing them. Pick something new maybe? Not every champ needs to be able to outplay every champ. Sometimes a champ is just a bad match up and you shouldn't keep riding the weeb train.

Ahri can't beat yasuo, lol. She's heavily skillshot reliant and a halfway decent yasuo will never get hit by any of her stuff.

If you having trouble to windwall or kite her E as Yasuo... there is a fancy item here to build item 3140 or item 3111. Then you can proceed to continue what you were doing. Other than that, you trade with her normally as you would lane against any other mages. The early MR helps.

As Zed: Ahri is squishy, just jump on her like you would do like any other squishy carries. Be sure to avoid her skill shot or buy MR or QSS. If she buys a item 3157, bait it out first before going all in.

We need more solid matchups against the likes of zed and yasuo
