Since Evelynn does worse early now...

... Can we buff her late game?

In particular, can we make her scale better with gold / items so when she does manage to deal with the more difficult jungle?

I would like the shield from her ult be converted into a passive that grants a shield based on damage done with any of her abilities; therefore, scaling with damage stats rather than only with tank stats. Since her burst has been repeatedly toned down, she has to stay in a fight and pump out DPS to do damage. As such having a shield that can last for the entire fight would be a great help.

It should be tuned so she has more than currently if she is doing well and building damage items.

There's no point in buffing Eve's late-game if her early game is unfeasible. Making Evelynn's late-game nastier would only incentivize people to NOT jungle with her, and instead take her into lane more.

A jungle buff is required for Evelynn to be usable. Making her Q deal bonus damage to monsters could do the trick.

Being useless because you are only 6/2/4 and not 12/0/? by twenty minutes feels much worse than her early clear.

Either way, buffing Eve's late-game would only make her more snowbally, and would not make her more fun to use in a good sense. You'd basically end up with something like a Nasus situation where you just stay out of the game until 20-30 minutes and then enter as a nearly-unstoppable terror.

I'd rather have better jungle clears on Eve so she can actually get to the ganks.

And she would not be able to stay out of the game, because there is nearly no gold in farming the jungle. And Devourer adds no damage to her abilties. So I have no idea where the comparison to Nasus is coming from.

Unless they make her clears as easy as they were last season, and is thus a hit to her early. And they will not be buffing her early that much.
