also, why don't we have reduced healings by like 80% ? (except for Aatrox? cause he'll be then highly unplayable)

also riot said before they're going to adjust couple of things on urf, i expected to have adjusted "some" of the champions so they don't be stupid unbearable?

also riot should REALLY make some champions not playable in pvp

why is there a higher level cap? that means you will NEVER catch up with someone who's snowballing, and in urf, it's just plain destruction

In URF, Zed fails hard unless he has a good team. You just had a bad experience.
