Something needs to be done about that insane healing bs

Windspeaker needs to be toned down a bit in either the healing section or the resistance buffing area. I know riot is being a bit dumb and saying that soraka should be able to fully heal and ally in about two cast but seriously? had a taric who is nearly impossible to kill unless alone being attacked by 4 of my teammates and im watching him take in lucian's and Illaoi's ult directly and still not dropping below 40% hp.

The mastery needs some work on it or something about grevious wounds not working on anything but self healing needs to change. Maybe have the grevious wounds work on all healing from other sources at 10-20%? It can make a difference even though the numbers are small. IDK just throwing in a random idea.

I just think that, that area needs some work on honestly. far to frustrating having to deal with all your damage being completely negated by one heal. Also don't be one of those typical people and say just focus soraka. this is a team game. she does have allies that can melt down your carries while you try to kill her. she is fits the role of a distraction very well.

XD The freaking shenanigans you can have with taric. The trade off with him is that he's taric, the unkillable point and click stun with no damage output or further cc. Just small buffs and a heal. If you lost to a top taric that actually understandable as most top laners can't do crap against where as he slowly widdles your hp down winning trade after trade. And if your half hp he can surprisingly all in with exhaust to out right kill you.

Btw they are reworking him next I believe according to the first podcast.

exactly but no shen's rework is next then taric

The easy way to beat Soraka mid and late game that not many people know about is actually not all in her.

Soraka is very, very bad at counter siege and sieging, so this is what you want to do against her. Grab some waveclear and poke, like Velkoz, Ziggs, Cait, etc. sit just outside tower range and throw whatever you want. You don't even need to hit Soraka herself. She'll need to heal everyone that gets hit by the poke, get low on HP from doing so, and won't be able to hit anyone outside of tower range with Starcall.

After she is about 1/3 HP, then you can all in her, take her out with one ability or a few autos, then move on. This is how you beat Soraka past laning phase. Seiging is how I lose as Soraka more often than not.

How bad of sorakas do you verse? I apologize if that sounds rude but, don't give bad advice. DONT IGNORE HER!!! Get to the back lines and take her the frick out! Her 2 second heal is impossible to deal with in combination of a good soraka landing at least 1/3 q's or bad one supplementing that missing with warmogs. So her running out of Hp ain't an option. Focus her unless you got 2 burst evasion assassins to focus their carry. Id even say wasting rengar a ult on her is worth. Again sorry if that sounds bias but it's like I don't need more bronze adc's to Focus Ashe when their support is soraka.

I have 170k+ Mastery points with Soraka.

I didn't say to ignore Soraka, the key is to poke down her team while sieging. She will heal the fighter, tank, mage. etc. that get it by it. She will get low on HP by doing so, but Starcall's range is too low to hit anyone outside the tower range, so she will just be sitting at low health. THEN you go in on her. This is not ignoring her, this is wearing her down and making her vulnerable.

Also, not every Soraka has Warmogs at every level, and it can be pretty easily disabled while sieging. If she does, she has no AP, nothing pre-3000k HP, no CDR, and no utility. With Eye of the Oasis, Ruby Sightstone, and Warmog's, she needs level 15, which is a high level for a support.

My apologies I had forgotten the new requirement for the warmogs passive, this is just the old mentality I've had for soraka for a few seasons and I guess they nerfed the range on her q recently. I guess I need to update my mentality for it. Do you ha e any advice when playing against soraka during the laning phase other than just dodging her q? She is picked in bronze a lot and maybe some more professional knowledge would me and any adc I play with

In lane you can go for hard engage, because her heal CD is still fairly high in the early levels of lane.

Kennen and Shen are probably the best picks, because they rely on energy and are safer / more reliable than Blitz, although he works too. Kennen slightly more so because he has poke pre 6, no mana, and his 6 engage is really good. Shen is similar but has more utility.

Annie is also very good if you can bait out the silence and take ignite. Soraka can't really do anything against a Flash Tibbers.

As far as ADCs, MF, Draven, Ashe, are all good. MF and Draven excel at early trading and are aggressive, while Ashe''s follow up CC with her Arrow will wreck Soraka.

I have to say though there is never a time where the enemy frontline will always be behind their turret during a seige. There is always a few players that will stay up front because they are tanky enough to try and do something.

Um no. Because of all the emphasis and op brokenness to the AD champs and items, and the nerfs to the AP, the healing keystone needs to stay where it is.
