I need to vent, before I blow up on my team.

Riddle me this: How does one keep themselves from blowing up on their teammates when their teammates can't follow BASIC LEAGUE RULES? It's becoming impossible for me to not give a little ALL CAPS rage every few minutes.

I've been playing my heart out each and every game, and I see myself getting better, but I keep on losing because my teammates won't just listen to what I have to say.

A sad example: SatedMarks: We just took baron. AND ACED. Nice job guys! I'll tank nexus tower damage and we win. [ALL] SatedMarks: GG Team: STANDS BACK WHILE I TAKE TURRET DAMAGE WHICH CUTS ME TO HALF HEALTH DEFEAT

Really?

I'm not a fan of this whole: "they're bronze players" thing. It makes no sense. There can be a Bronze player that has amazing game knowledge, and one that has horrible game knowledge. I keep on getting the ones with horrible game knowledge, and let me tell you, It's pissing me off to Hulk stage.
